Stop Contact / Unsubscribe
You can withdraw your consent and stop calls, messages and emails from Heat Pumps Leicester and the installers we introduced you to at any time. It is free and you do not need an email address to do it.
Quickest ways to stop contact: reply STOP to any SMS or WhatsApp message, say "please stop contacting me" during any call (including automated calls), or click unsubscribe in any marketing email. The form below does the same thing and covers every channel at once.
Stop Contact Request
Give us the phone number and/or email address you used on your enquiry so we can find your record. You do not need an account or a password. There is no charge.
What Happens Next
- We add your phone number and/or email to our do-not-contact list within two working days.
- We tell every partner installer that received your details to stop contacting you.
- If you asked us to delete your data, we delete everything except the minimum needed to keep honouring your request.
- Anything already scheduled may still arrive in the first day or two. After that, if contact continues, email hello@heatpumpsleicester.uk.
Other Ways to Reduce Unwanted Contact
- Register your number free with the Telephone Preference Service (TPS). UK businesses must not make live marketing calls to TPS-registered numbers without your consent.
- Contact the installer directly: their name and details will be on any message they sent you.
- If a business ignores a stop request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
