Heat Pumps Leicester is a small East Midlands team working with a network of vetted, MCS-certified partner installers. Here is who you will deal with, from your first enquiry to the day your new system is handed over.
We read every enquiry, check the details you have given us and answer general questions about heat pumps, the Boiler Upgrade Scheme, solar panels and batteries. We then pass your enquiry to the partner installers best suited to your home and location.
A surveyor from one of our partner installers visits your home, measures heat loss room by room, and designs a system around your radiators, hot water use and outdoor space. You receive a written quotation that shows any grant deduction.
MCS-certified engineers carry out the installation, commission the system and show you how to use the controls. Your installer issues the MCS certificate and handles the Boiler Upgrade Scheme paperwork.
Every partner installer is local to or covers Leicestershire, and must hold MCS certification for the technology they install, belong to a consumer code such as RECC or HIES, and carry public liability insurance.
