Careers
Interested in working with renewable heating and home energy technology in Leicestershire? Heat Pumps Leicester welcomes enquiries from people who value careful work, clear communication and practical problem-solving. The roles below describe the types of skills that fit our business; they are not confirmation of current vacancies. Send a short introduction and relevant experience to hello@heatpumpsleicester.uk.
What We Look For
- Care about the work. We want people who take pride in doing air source heat pumps properly, not just quickly.
- Straight talk with customers. You will be in someone's home or business explaining what you found. Plain language beats jargon.
- Reliability. Showing up when you said you would matters more here than any single line on a CV.
- Respect for the property. Protecting the space, cleaning up, and leaving it better than you found it.
- Safety, every time. Following safe practice is part of the job, not an extra.
Experience in air source heat pumps or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.
